Survey cancellation and Fulfillment cancellation

Survey cancellation
Pro led - We will be raising on slack to city poc and we will wait for 2 hour for the revert . The team will call city poc in these 2 hours however if no revert we will be proceeding ahead as per cx choice.


Customer led – We will be proceeding ahead as per customer's choice. Team will not raise this on slack.


Fulfillment cancellation –
Pro led – We will be raising the case on slack and tag city poc . We will wait till 4 hour for the team to revert. In these 4 hours the cx team will surely call city poc however if no revert form team we will be proceeding ahead as per cx choice.


Customer led- We will be checking with our partner if he bought any material or not . if not we will be proceeding ahead as per cx choice team will not raise this . If a partner bought the material we will deduct material cost from cx end and then we will refund the remaining amount . The material cost will be refunded back to the partner.
