I apologize for the unintentional error and we assure you that this type of error will not occur in the near future. Please consider this as an exception and give us a chance to serve you better in the future.however membership is non refundable and non transferrable , we understand  the level of dissatisfaction and this was never our intent , we always focuse on providing quality services thorugh the company standards however will assure that this will not occur near future.I would like to inform you that we are not allowed to place any booking due to security reasons and placing a requets is totally depends upon customer needs and prefferable time slots .However taking this as a feedback and will make sure if we can live with such feature for the same 
RM:  Customer would place a survey request by paying 99 rs, Our partner will do the survey on booking date and share the quotation, Customer accepts the quotation and select the slot for service delivery by paying 35%, rest 65% would be paid on start date of the project post which start job OTP to be shared with Partner to start the project. Post project completion customer will share the End job OTP if satisfied with the work else raise a complaint on aplication in case of any issues.


Bite Size - Customer would place a request selecting the services based on requirements and will confirm an available slot by paying 500 rs in advance. An expert painter will be assigned on this request, who will start the job basis the slot selected by Customer.
Canned Responses Level 3Dear customer, wanted to inform that.  We wont be able to provide any further discount in this.the quotation as the quotation is prepared with the respect to the standard market price and we try our level best to offer best suitable price for the service.  I understand the level of your dissatisfaction, if I would have been in your shoes, I would have been felt the same.
